Day 84 - 0 Steps - 28 December 2025 Making meal and grocery plans for the week after a delicious sponge bath. Some chores, some creativity, more biking. The biking is beginning to get easier. I'm setting up a system to help self publish the almanacs of wonder and wander.

Day 81 - 0 Steps - 25 December 2025 Christmas Presents, food, reading, chilling. Not much doing on a holiday that we only celebrate adjacently. Our childhood stockings hang - a reminder of time gone way by. Kinder Joy egg - Toy. A quiet Christmas eating breakfast cassarole, presents, and good cheer. Day 82

Day 78 - 0 Steps - 22 December 2025 Bandelier National Monument - 65 degrees It was a blood draw and Bandelier day. Absolutely perfect day. Had a picnic out of the car at Juniper Campground. My sister sent us Stollen and cookies so we had a little treat out in the forest.

Day 75 - 0 - 19 December 2025 I feel more like myself today than I have in a long time. It's awesome! Arting, watching documentaries about unique creatives, smiling at the sunshine, farting, waving at the Towhee family, gearing up for holiday cheer. Yay! I'm relishing every
