Nix/86 Volume 2 - Day 72 - 4 Steps - 16 December 2025

Navigating Lostness

Starting over as I've lost my way. I'm feeling so much better there is no excuse to bog me down. Other than my own brain. Time to push. Time to get up every day no matter what. Time to stretch myself and not be afraid. I'm able to do so much more than a few months ago. More strength, more stamina, less pain. It's funny how your brain can derail you over and over. Enough is enough.

I am organizing and cleaning my office for a creative new year in 2026. House keeping the art brain as well as the physical one. It feels like turning a page, starting a new chapter. Starting/finishing/getting er done! I'm so happy that i'm feeling good enough to feel inspired and creative again. I've come a long way since spring when I was in so much pain I didn't want to go on... Never give up - please don't - forge forward in whatever way, small or large, you can. Things can get better.

Stop.

Tomorrow is another day

Day 73 - 4 Steps - 17 December 2025

2 day streak - ha! The awesome thing is i'm still doing no assist nights. That streak is over 60 days now - 2 months, and I feel it - arms are a lot stronger. We are watching South Park Christmas specials and having so many laughs singing Mr. Hanky songs. They are so appropriate for the shitstorm we are living through right now. Howdy Ho! Mr. Hanky.

Day 74- 4 Steps - 18 December 2025

Having some gut issues which is so much fun. Not! Otherwise I did another stand and four steps. It's actually feeling ok even though i'm not walking very far. Every day stand and walk. Go Kiri Go! I'm hoping the gut issues arn't a new side effect cause I feel the drugs is really starting to work. Now. We shall see. Keeping fingers crossed.

Where is winter?
It has been so warm - no snow - no bitter cold. La Niña is raging I guess. We just want cold and cozy!
