Back to walking today. 4 short steps but it’s a start again. Will be doing as much as I can from here on til end. What a surpise to see the aurora again in New Mexico. Stunning!

I woke up super achey, so 0 steps, hopefully will feel better tomorrow. Wednesday – post dose day is the worst. We looked for aurora again – faint glow on horizon and then clouds rolled in. Grateful for the beauty of last night’s show. I DID IT – A MONTH OF NO ASSIST! WOOT! I will take every small WIN that helps me recover some autonomy.

KP adjusted the walker height making it easier for me. So big gain in steps. Now my limitation is leg strength. Gotta keep getting up every day ass much as possible. I got an injection of motivation last night when KP showed me a picture of me walking on the beach in Oregon. It made me cry. I want that again. Badly. So time to get to it!
