KP was up and out early to Santa Fe to pick up the truck and a dozen Whoo’s Donuts. Had coffee and 2 donuts when she returned. Best cake donut I’ve eaten in years.

I really want to be at the protest today. But my energy level and pain levels are not good. I scrolled through the pics from all over the US and World. They made me feel better and were inspiring – hopeful!
A large box with an orange outlined crown with a red and black X through it takes up the bottom of the page. It reads ~7 million people protested today NO KINGS. A small box in the bottom right hand corner reads 6/6 no assist woot!

ALT TEXT – DAY 14
Another zero day. This week has just sucked – so many days of discomfort, bad sleep, and mental lows. I’ve woken up crying in pain and moaning through the night. I’ve sat staring out the window rubbing my arms and knees hoping for comfort. I’m relishing in my streak of end of the day wins by getting myself into bed and sinking into heating pad comfort even when it takes a few tries and sometimes super painful. Trust me it gets as old feeling it as it does writing about it – the pain that is. I keep saying ‘tomorrow is another day’.

YES? or NO! or not right now? STRESS
Spent the afternoon making decisions. Tough decisions on next steps in life. The minutiae of the everyday creeping in on a chill Sunday afternoon.

A zero day again – just feeling bad – and sad and hoping for a little relief. Putting our decision making process from yesterday into action. Forms, checks, envelopes, research…
Had to catch up with these pages. So easy to fall behind when the distraction monster comes to visit. Stay the course – on tiny animal at a time.

Several months ago we had to hire a cleaning person to help around the house. Today was cleaning day – and it has been enormously helpful. Since I can’t vacuum or mop or scrub the toilet. Actually the house is so much cleaner now so even when I’m able again we’ll probably still have them over. I’m so grateful to have help now though.
