For the past several days I’ve parked myself in a sun spot and crash-napped like a cat. The warmth seeps in quickly and I’m out like a shot. Feels good to be back on the fall nap train.

0 Steps again. This week i’m making no forward progress on the walking front. It has been a week of bullshit and creative problem solving that is both taxing and stressful. My body is responding with random aches and pains. We are spending this Hellaween around the woodstove with tea and cookies and creativity. Thinking about how our ancestors have helped us this year through our struggles.

Tonight we are going to do our yearly viewing of “It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown” followed by a “scary” movie. This year it’s the cheeseball classic “Tucker & Dale Versus Evil” Have to watch something new rathe than a 500th viewing of my personal favorite “Poltergeist” “THEY’RE HERE”
