4″ of snow. So beautiful. The cars were slow moving. The air was crisp. The silence of fresh snow…peaceful. KP and I baked a walnut coffee cake and prepped pizza dough for the weekend.

@ 10:00 as I was heading to bed the power went out. It was 10 degrees outside. I got into bed (still rocking the no assist) and bundled up. The power came back ~4:30 hours later. Fortunately it stayed warm enough to sleep comfortably. The only light I could see before I fell asleep was the glow of the full moon at the edges of the window.

The bottom right corner has a square covered in cross hatching of the window and the shade. The shade has no cross hatching around it where the full moonlight was shining.
