0 Steps. It was bath day so 0 steps. Bathing takes it out of me, but the clean feeling is so nice. After bathing KP gave me a haircut. Freshly shorn and clean – huzzah!

0 steps. I woke up incredibly achey. I stood up on the walker and couldn’t go any further. The previous pen ran out of ink. Arguments ensued. Circular. Taking us nowhere. Exhaustion upon exhaustion. I can hardly breath into tomorrow is another day…
