KP drove down to ABQ for some business. I stayed home with the animals and had an afternoon nap in the sunshine. On the way back KP stopped in Santa Fe and picked up dinner from Jambo Cafe. I had the grilled jerk chicken dinner with cinnamon plaintains and rice and beans. So flavorful.

Day 22 – 0 Steps – 15/15 No Assist – YAS!

We stayed up late chatting about idiots and I didn’t get to sleep until at least 1:30. I don’t sleep well when I get to bed so late. Nap is in my future again. More decision to be made in coming weeks. Hard stuff without a lot of support and perpetual fatigue. Suck-fest.

0 Steps Again. Day 23 – 0 steps – 16/16 No Assist

Everything right now is discombobulate. Weirdly though i’m feeling stronger and in somewhat less pain. Today is my first split dose day. I’ve already take one nap. The fatigue is real. KP is also in heavy nap mode. I cleaned the cat box for the first time in a long time without much effort. Felt great. Tiny wins! I’m hopeful for some improvement on my new med dose.

No assist was rough, I did not feel well at all – but still did it! I can do this for a month straight – I can!
